Welcome to OGFlow. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

1. Service description

OGFlow provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services across multiple geographic locations using protocols including VLESS Reality, AmneziaWG, Hysteria2, and Trojan. The service is currently in alpha; expect changes, occasional downtime, and missing features.

2. Account registration

You must provide a valid email or Telegram account to register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
One person, one account. No account sharing across multiple individuals.
Per-tier device limits apply (Trial: 1, Basic: 5, Family: 10, Premium: 15).

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use OGFlow for:

Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any cybercrime
Distributing CSAM or illegal content under the laws of your jurisdiction
Network attacks (DDoS, port scanning beyond your own infrastructure)
Reselling our service without explicit written agreement
Circumventing per-device limits or sharing accounts at scale

Violations result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Privacy & logs

OGFlow operates a no-logs by design policy. We do not log per-flow traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or session metadata that could identify activities. We do retain:

Account information (email/Telegram ID, subscription tier, payment history)
Device names and platform you assign
Aggregated bandwidth (daily totals, no per-flow data)
Operational logs (errors, security events) — purged on reboot (tmpfs)

5. Payments & refunds

Payments processed via Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT), and card processors.
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual).
30-day money-back guarantee: if you are unsatisfied within 30 days of first paid subscription, contact support for a full refund.
No refunds for partial periods after the 30-day window.
No automatic renewals — you explicitly extend each period.

6. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime SLO. Maintenance windows announced via Telegram channel. No SLA credits during alpha.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time via /account in @OGFlowBot or admin support.
We may suspend accounts violating §3 above, with notice when feasible.
Data is anonymized within 30 days of account deletion.

8. Liability

OGFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia (registration jurisdiction). Disputes resolved through Latvia commercial courts.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms; substantial changes will be announced via email and Telegram channel at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
